    https://www.sparkfun.com/products/17745 says "16MB QSPI Flash Memory". b stands for bit, B for byte. Fully clear would be MiB, but that's not something I'm gonna die for. "b" is much more unclear, esp. when memory chips are *actually* widely measured in bits, not bytes.
