v2.0.0 - maxPerAddress on listing + support for Data NFT-PH trade and royalty distributions

1. We allow a lister to enforce a optional maxPerAddress to control and prevent a buyer from snipping.

2. We allow for creator royalties from Data NFT-PH collections to be sent to the Claims Portal (as unlike Data NFT-FT collections the creator value is not on the token)
