Fixed the CMake build script to use the new recommended RootConfig.cmake module to find ROOT when available.
This way, the ROOT6-imcompatible definition of the root_generate_dictionary CMake function from the deprecated FindROOT.cmake module does not shadow the new definition when Unpacker2 is used as a submodule of j-pet-framework.
