The automation broke for the GitHub release, but I'll fix that in a moment. I haven't used this project in a while.

This release changes the script to use NEXTDNS_PROFILE / -profile instead of NEXTDNS_CONFIG / -config, which has been deprecated since v1.39.0. The README has also been updated to reflect this change.
