Description

Summary of the change: Bump SQL Server docker image version to latest to rule it out as a possible cause for recent bouts of flaky TC builds that fail on task :sqlserverComposeUp.

Detailed description:

  • Why: TC builds have been failing sporadically for the past 2 months without a clear pattern as to why. Please see EXPOSED-683 for more details, build links, internal threads, etc.
  • How: Bump SQL Server image version to latest 2.0.0.

@e5l Today (Jan 7th), 7 different builds ran at different points before this PR and 4 of them failed at this task.
This branch has gone through 3 builds so far and all passed successfully. Based on how flaky the fails are this could be a coincidence still.
