• [CmdLine] ckan upgrade on the command-line will now install additional dependencies when required. (The GUI doesn't do this yet; we're working on it!)
• [Registry] Registry fixes for users with the 001ControlLock mod installed.

Internal

• [Core] Blocking downloads are more likely to retain URL escaping on Linux/Mac.

Notes

• Linux users, please apt-get install libcurl4-openssl-dev or yum install libcurl-devel if you haven't done so.
• Mac/Linux users: please mozroots --import if you haven't done so recently, to update mono's certificate store.
