This mod author said the mod was out of date and requested it to be removed (see #9748). We asked what the current version was to see if we could just fix the out-of-date problem instead of removing it, but the latest version was already in CKAN.
The mod author said they were rebuilding the mod, then they said there would be no next release, then they said the mod would not be GalaxiesUnbound.
Anyway now it's frozen. A subsequent pull request will remove it from CKAN-meta.
