test(e2e): update kvtool & e2e tests

Description

• updates the eip712 tests to be compatible with the latest kvtool branch. previously it used deposits to earn with an erc20, now it uses cdp mints
• changes were made to what erc20 becomes an erc20
• additional updates were made to account for ibc changes in kvtool. previously the ibc denom was minted directly to accounts, but that breaks some parts of ibc.
• adds additional checks to ensure tests fail when prereq conditions are not met or when txs error unexpectedly
