Welcome, my friends. It has been released.
Changelog:
-- Delete gun/ kick gun is now impossible, so it is now removed from the menu
++ Setting added to "enable notifications" for features such as PAN and StickyBomb Gun, which were enabled by default to toast. This got annoying, so I changed it.
++ Better stickybomb gun. It now marks entities as well as coodinates on the ground, so they act as real stickybombs. Though they're invisible. Tee-hee.
++ Better Extinction gun. It now marks all peds inside of a vehicle, not just the driver. Good for deleting helicopters with police in them.
++ Better toss. It now tosses the player to the selected coordinate better.
-=-= Keep in mind that toss might not work on players, since they might lag and fall to the ground. It will fully work on yourself, though. Arrive at your coordinates with style!
++ Better descriptions

To be added in next release:
-Vehicle options (fuck up their drift with explosions xD)
-Preset coordinates for toss, like Chiliad, Maze bank, etc.
-More gun options
-Zone functions (not sure, but might disable/enable air defenses in certain areas)
--Other stuff, maybe, if you DM me on discord.

I say sorta, because this is still in beta, so some features might still not work (e.g. delete gun for another player)
Features:
-Set visibility of explosion (visible or invisible)
-Set audio of explosion (heard, or silent)

-Log and explode all logged impacts (shoot the ground with the checkbox enabled, then explode them), basically like invisible sticky-bombs.
-Mark for extinction
-- What this does, is it marks entities that you shoot. When you press the EXTINCT button, it deletes them, along with the ped inside.

-Get current V3 coords (for debugging)
-Request control (debug feature, whatever entity you shoot, you request control of said entity)

-Make player suicide with explosion (if they're in a vehicle, it does 50 explosions, just to make sure they die :) )
-Make player damage themselves/suicide with a molotov
--The above 2 can be looped

-Give player explosion gun

-Toss player around (does not take damage unless smushed against wall/ground)
-Toss player to coordinate (still in very alpha/beta)
-bruh feature.

-Godcheck. This one command >"godcheck " checks for if they are godmode or not. Sometimes doesn't pick up on godmode, but that's because they haven't attacked/loaded in, and Stand can't detect it either.

Planned features:
-Give player delete gun (holy shit resource intensive if it works)
-Give player kick gun (not as resource intensive, but still)
-Make ragdoll to coord function better (z coord first)
-Check entire lobby for godmode
-Clean up memory leaks
