This applies changes in KhronosGroup#6910 to Fuchsia-specific code for VkSemaphoreGetZirconHandleInfoFUCHSIA. Test: Vulkan-ValidationLayer v1.4.304.1 with this patch builds on Fuchsia tip-of-tree. Change-Id: Iebb01760bd5bda62e35b01093f613b8f5aed1195
