Version 1.2.2 - bug fixes and dependency updates

Updated some dependencies, the Arduino JSON update to v 7 caused some backward incompatibilities that needed to be fixed.
Bug fix in update.html - now the upload animation stutters a bit less.
Some clean up and workarounds to personal hardware failure.

Version 1.2.0 - Physical interface

In addition to bug fixes, cleanups, and minor modifications this release brings the ability to control the pid with a 3 button and oLed interface.
