This pull request includes changes to the dev-aws.yml file to deploy a new container configuration for the dev-metro-api-v2 service. The changes include updates to the data-loading-service and fastapi containers, as well as the addition of redis, prometheus, and grafana containers. No changes were made to the deploy-documentation job.
