This pull request is a work in progress of my implementation of custom note parameters.
This would allow instruments to define parameters for notes that could be edited after velocity and panning.
The pull request also includes the note lyric variable in the Note class as Dom suggested me on discord due to the fact there is an actual phoneme variable available for vst3.
