The machine part of this project is designed by Solidworsk 2020 This project is a double 20-100 harmonic reducer GEM (German equatorial mount) , both axis-RA and axis-DEC use 20-100 harmonic reducer

feature

1. The total reduction ratio is (80/16)*100 = 500 : 1
2. The material which used in this project is 12mm aluminum plate , which made the structure very stable
3. This design contains latitude adjustment seat , which can be adjusted between 0 to 90 degree , and support you to pre-set the latitude to fine-tuned at the maximum torque
4. The control system is based on onstep
