Document the release of 2.0.0 which was pulled seconds after release due to a typo in README.md

This version supports python 3.5
It passes linting and automated test suite
Output from test runs has been confirmed
Compatibility with pyenv and virtualenv
GitHub actions for CI
various minor tweaks
No More Python 2.7 😢

Releases were done using Python 3.11.7 as 3.5 kept coming up with errors when submitting to pypi
