Hi @chewitt. Preloading tcmalloc was dropped from my PR to minimize impact from users who do not use widevine. |

LE 9.2.7 will be a limited release for RPi2/3/4 devices that need to use Widevine only. Release notes will make it clear that anyone else does not need to update and it will not be pushed via auto-update. The only reason it gets a normal release number is to aid distribution (via manual update in the GUI) and stats tracking. |

This adds the LD_PRELOAD content to kodi.conf and also bumps the settings add-on to pick-up one minor fix and the dtflags stats change (both are backports of things we've run in master for some time).
