Horse Bot

Horse bot is a dumb little bot that I made to sharpen my skills. Eventually it will be a full on moderation and music bot, with a few extra commands added to my pleasing. I posted on GitHub to help others see how I made it, and if you want to use it, I'd rather you use my bot, instead of running it yourself. Not that I'm going to stop you from running your own though
