This PR makes BW the new default frontend for Freesound.
Things to look info before merging this PR:
After this PR is merged, BW will become the new default UI, but users will still have the option to go back to the old UI. Once we are completely fine with the new UI, a future PR will remove the option of switching back. Then we'll start removing old code.
