Instructions:

1. Put the dlls bellow and "steam_appid.txt" in your teardown installation folder. (Usually: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Teardown)
2. Install "Win64OpenSSL_Light-1_1_1L.exe" if you don't have it already.
3. Extract the mod ("ExternalNet.zip") into your teardown mods.
4. Run teardown, enable the mod and enjoy!
