Fix Google Colab Jupyter Notebooks rendering by excluding widgets

Proposed Changes

Jupyter notebooks from google colab would not render with nbconvert and returns the error "KeyError: 'state'". This is caused by the notebook's metadata.widgets section. When we removed it, it was then able to render.
