Initially released version with code including:

• data downloading from TCGA
• data pre-processing including tiling
• model training
• model inference

Also contains 2 repositories containing each 6461 tumor maps from all frozen slides of TCGA from the 3 locations bronchus and lung, kidney, and breast. One archive contains raw probabilities (raw_probabilities_tumor_maps.zip), the other one contains 0.5 thresholded probabilities (thresholded_tumor_maps.zip).
