This repository contains all of the materials for the R course, including slides, assignments, and sample code.
To get started, you will need to have R and RStudio installed on your computer. You can download the latest version of R from the official website (https://cran.r-project.org/) and RStudio from (https://rstudio.com/products/rstudio/download/).
The course is divided into two major sections:
- For the first part of the course, we will work with interactive tutorial using LearnR, which you can access via your browswer. Tutorials consist of content along with interactive components for checking and reinforcing understanding, you cann , each with its own folder. Within each section, you will find the slides for the corresponding lecture, as well as any assignments or sample code.
- For the second part of the course, we will switch to RStudio and work with .R-scripts.
To access the materials, simply navigate to the materials folder and open the corresponding .Rmd file in RStudio.
