When installing aligned into a fresh, clean environment devoid of any existing packages, there is a need to update the pyproject.toml dependencies file in order to load for example the titanic example in a notebook.

The dependencies added are:

  • numpy==1.26.4
  • pytz=2024.2

These two libaries are in __init__.py file and are not automatically installed when running pip install aligned.
Having them in the dependencies can thus help newbies quickly get upto speed without encountering errors.

Having added these in the dependencies, I also performed a fresh test in a clean environment of installing and running aligned and it worked without a problem.

Nice! If you also bump the python version on line 3 should it be good to go 💯
