I've given a nicer definition, but actually I added a combinator just for StackPrism which should probably be in Data.StackPrism.

Instead of defining top could also define a prism for the top of the stack, which can then be composed with any other prism. However, top seems an obvious combinator to want to have with stack prisms.

Also, I just realized I didn't actually add any exports for any of the new combinators I added in these pull requests.
