Closes: #7

Include a table with all repos, their current owner if it was obvious, the contributors role, and the connector status.

Since some of these were either migrated from the meltano gitlab namespace, I left some without an owner. I intended to do this to show which repos are looking for new owners.

@aaronsteers youre tagged on 4 repos as maintainer and 1 repo as co-maintainer, if you want less ownership (as you also are contributing to overall maintenance of the whole project as well) let me know and I can either leave them unassigned for a community member or I can take them if it makes sense.

Also I just did this manually for now but I was looking into ways to define these tables as yaml or maybe I write a quick script that generates it so theres less formatting to do.

@pnadolny13 I'm okay with this as written, especially since the SQL-based ones are still in flux pending the merge of the latest.

The yaml one could be passed on though at this point, since I'm not actively planning any additional features.

@aaronsteers I set target-yaml as "looking for maintainer" for now but I might end up assigning to myself later since we use it in the squared repo.
