[PRODENG-2780] Disable colourized log output

• Now by default the output will be monochromatic, without an option to enable colourized output
• Additionally, the logo will also be monochromatic for all platforms
• removed aurora module since it is not needed anymore

I meant for the end user by just use some flag with Launchpad binary. We obviously can change the source code and enable colorized output back
