@AlexNabokikh did you try this on your 24.05 setup ? I've been struggling with this guide and have almost formed the conclusion that this guide it is not compatible with 24.05. |

@AlexNabokikh Its okay I think I managed to work it now. I just did not understand how to get each user to run home-manager with their own home.nix while having home-manager also as a nixos module. In the end I launched a nix shell to "boot strap" the whole process. Not sure if it is best practice but it got it working. |
