Originally this was something I found in KiCAD to match "SMD3528" package, but it was oddly asymmetric and does not match the footprint in the datasheet:
The datasheet has this:
But I wanted to make it slightly bigger, as that is how it is also in EasyEDA, so I took a bit of liberty to widen the solder pads slightly more:
