ARGoS Line of Site

Robots can now communicate via line of site in .argos simulations. In order to do so, the following must be true:

.argos simulation must have robot ids following the schema robot_N where N >= 0
Invoke argos-net-sim make target to setup virtual devices
Launch coms node for every robot, following the same schema in .argos
