ViseoBotMaker x86 1.0.0 Alpha1

This release target Windows Platform and contains

1. Batch files to download and build the framework
2. Bin files to help setup a Portable archive

BATCH description:

1.1 vbm-install-bot will download the ViseoBotMaker framework
1.2 vbm-install-bot-example will download the sample bot
1.3 vbm-npm-update will perform an NMP update
1.4 vbm-start-bot-example is a sample launcher

• Sometimes install script fails (for instance with Drobbox file access) Try again
• The first time you have to setup a default Project in Node-RED then restart

BIN description:

• nodejs: is NodeJS v8 for x86 (there is some issues with v10)
• git-2.18.0-32-bit is a standalone git
• unzip-5.51-1-bin is a standalone unzip
• wget-1.19.4-win32 is a standalone unzip

Feel free to replace binaries, you'll need to update the batch files.
