This PR adds additional extension methods for Nx' high level APIs, NxPackerBuilder and NxUnpackerBuilder into the Extensions package for Nx.

These extension methods use the previously added low level primitives.

I figured I might add these in for completeness, as they will be useful in the App repo. I suddenly remembered before sleeping yesterday.
