This is the first version of the Brew System for Jaguar Brewery and we need to retrieve the temperature data from the two main 15 Liters tanks ( The boiler tank and the mash tank where crushed grains are mixed with water to form a porridge-like mixture called the “mash”. I used MATLAB to process the temperature data and dysplay it with building an grafical Interface App with MATLAB GUIDE. The data is being sended via bluetooth from the bluetooth module and it´s received, processed and dysplayed by MATLAB APP.

- 1 HC-05 Bluetooth Module
- 2 DS18B20 digital temperature sensors with a Inox 304 Stainless Steel probe
