Edit your TheGreatCircleConfig.local file (Savegames folder in Windows):

r_streamlineDLSSGMode “0”

rt_pathtracingEnabled “0”

before launching.

If you lock the unlimited frame rate using RTSS, delays may occur, so lock FPS INGAME to half of your monitor's refresh rate (72fps will give you 144). That will fix the latency issue.
