Expected behavior

When reviewing the different domain "Reports" under "Data Sources," it is expected to see all concept IDs and names for the data source within the table view.

Actual behavior

The expected behavior is correct for all the reports except the "Procedure" report. For this report, our custom concept IDs are not showing. However, there is no issue with other reports like Observation, which show the custom concepts. Additionally, it doesn't matter the data source, the Procedure report does not show custom concept IDs.

Observation Report: shows the "2000xxxxxx" custom concept IDs

Thank you for your help!

Can you check the achilles results tables for these rows. It's in achilles_results , for analysis_id = 625.

This analysis is defined here.

If there is no data in that table for that analysis Id, then the issue is something over in Achilles.

Hi @chrisknoll, thank you for your resposne!
We do have results for the analysis_id 625. However, it looks like 600-605 are used to the populate the report users see in Atlas, and those don't have results for custom concepts. Thanks for your help!

Ok, if you can identfiy the place where we should incorporate analysis 625 into the report (ie: where you found 600-605) maybe a PR could be drafted to correct that so you can see those custom concepts.
