executeDDL function, why not indexes? Vocab load?

Hi,

I'm new. So that's out of the way.

I use this package as well as the ETLSynthea package to create and load my CDM. There doesn't appear to be an option to do the indexes with the executeDDL function. Is that a purposeful omission? Is it that 1) no one really needs it, or 2) there's a reason not to do it, or 3) just no one has gotten to it yet?

Also, the loadVocab and some of the other database functions that are part of the ETLSynthea package... is there a good reason not to implement that functionality in this package?

I think I'll be doing that work anyway and would like to share it. But if there's a reason it's not here, that'd be good to know.
