本 Pull Request 是对 #223 的实施。

进度

  • 初始化 oier.txt。
  • 切换到从 oier.txt 读取初始选手信息。
  • 实现从 raw.txt 中增补新获奖记录至 oier.txt 中的过程。
  • 删除旧代码（待定）。
