Made it so you can change whether the population pyramid legend is mirrored at the centre or left justified in the config using "legendJustify"
Also changed the confusing "dataType" variable in the config and called it "xAxisDisplayFormat" still might not be the most descriptive name, at least it's not the opposite of what you might expect any more (it used to be if you gave it "numbers" it would display percentages)
