This is intended primarily as a kick-off PR to have Orleans.Persistence.Cassandra keep up pace with Orleans 7.
I call it that way because although it works for me, I also assume it will not meet the quality standards you might expect. Also, I can't tell whether it really works under all circumstances - besides my use case I did not spend too much time on thorough testing, so I might easily have overlooked something. Hence, you are free to modify this patch as needed - I will be more than happy if this nice project will one day officially support Orleans 7.
