What Does This PR Do
Makes the toxin test site camera indestructible and adds a new subtype of cameras that are invulnerable
Why It's Good For The Game
Seeing the outcome of your toxins bomb is good

Booted server, made TTV, got toxins 7 first try and then dropped a Big Bomb on it and the camera remained
