bahnv2parking source converter by integrating the new capacity typesBIKE_PARKING_LOCKEDandBIKE_PARKING_OPENas separateParkingSitewithtypeofLOCKBOXandOTHERrespectively for bike parking. The existing mappings for car parkingtypeare not changed.The parking sites from Deutsche BahnPark
bahnv2now havepurposeasbikeandcar, grouped intoParkingSiteGroup.
