Release of UOFC v2

All changes and all feedback given in APR18 UOTC review is now included in this release.
This is the first release for use on SRV2 after UOTC TTT happend.

All materials are locked!

All urgent issues go to v2.0.1
All material and content changes go to v2.1.0

There will be no v2.1.0 inbefore 2019!

Release of UOFC v1.9.16

All changes and all feedback given in FEB18 is now included in this release.
It is planned that this is the last Pre-Release inbefore full 2.0 release.

Changes:

• Major rewrite of the medical section resulting in drastically reduced material size and 3 less slides
• Duplicated info displays for all LFXs for better visibility
• Metric ton of material spelling fixes and spelling fixes in in mission assets
• Hopefully fixed the Groupname issue in the Loadout
• For all changes read the closed issue list

Release of UOFC v1.9.15
