This update acts more as an announcement rather than a major update on the content of this repository.
We have added digital apparel assets to the release to allow users to start imagining how 100Avatars and UEFN can fit together by sticking cool fashion based on your favourite 100Avatars characters.
What's 100Avatars?
If you are a newcomer, 100Avatars is an opensource project by Polygonal Mind where a round of 100 avatars is released one each day. Back in 2020 we made the first round, in 2021 we created the second one and now, in 2024, we are making the third round open for everyone; this time distributed via VIPE.
What are they for?
For whatever you want to! Use them on games, videos, AR, VR, XR... possibilities are endless via VRM. It doesn't matter if you are an individual a non-profit organization or business, the avatars are licensed under the CC0 License model.
What's included?
- VRM file of each avatar (Standard and Voxel version)
- FBX+Texture bundle of each avatar (Standard and Voxel version)
- VXR models ready for The Sandbox's editor VoxEdit
