Adds a Minestom server as a platform implementation.

Currently waiting on Minestom/Minestom#218

Minestom has recently implemented a new generation API with access to surrounding chunks, if this could be updated that would be great <3

Currently, dfsek is the only developer writing code for Terra. Unless that changes, this PR most likely won't have any progress in the foreseeable future.
