Automated documentation updates from Promptless
Question:
Hi team, can you give me an idea of how this works :Execute Workflow as Stream
More specifically, I would like to show the progress of the workflow as we are executing queries. For example, I have different prompt nodes that translate or extract the make model year price distance, mileage, trim, etc. And I would like to output to the user that we are executing all these so they can see progress.
Currently, we are just using a generic spinner and five generic messages that rotate every couple seconds
Answer:
Yep! You can Execute the Workflow as a stream and listen to "Node" event types. You would probably update your UI whenever a Node event emits a "fulfilled" event and say which step has just finished, or could use this to say which are in progress.
