This is my collection of UDOs for Csound. Feel free to use these in your work with Csound.
Csound is a sound and music computing system. Other then pure data or Max/MSP Csound is a text based system. UDOs are comparable to abstractions in Max and PD.
This respository is mainly for backup reasons. But please report issues or create a pull request when you find some errors.
A directory for UDOs (file.udo) and examples (file.csd) how to use them. In udo_collection.udo you can find every udo of this repo and you can link this file to your csound file.
- ctrl_tbl: allows indexing of numeric data from a .txt file with
optional interpolation of the data
- ambi_encode: encode a mono signal up to 8th order ambisonics
- sine: sine wave made from sine function
- sine_beatings: sine wave with rhythmic beatings
- sine_oct: a sine wave spectrum synthesizer, similiar to hsboscil opcode
- sndfl_looper: flexible segment looping of soundfile
- sndfl_looper2: like sndfl_looper but with masking of individual
segments
- sndfl_looper_ambi: like sndfl_looper but with internal ambisonics
encoding up to 8th order (needs ambi_encode.udo)
- sndfl_looper2_ambi: like sndfl_looper_ambi but with masking of
individual segments (needs ambi_encode.udo)
- contrast_enhancement: contrast_enhancement from CLM by Bill Schottstaedt, make your sound more ‘present’, subtle harmonics
- bode_shifer: single-sideband modulation, like in the klangumwandler modules from Harald Bode. Results in frequency shifts
- transient_tracking: transient tracking of a input signal, outputs a trigger
- ambi_spectrum: spatialise a mono signal into a ambisonic field
(needs ambi_encode.udo)
