Going forwards, we will give a stronger guarantee that models generated using ndonnx can be run by (at least) the latest two onnxruntime releases on conda-forge. We trivially have done so thus far but it will give a predictable schedule to sunset workarounds such as #42. We also end testing on NumPy 1.x.
