iobit unlocker allows you to access the game file and modify it without any problems

PART 1 :

Go to C:

Progammes

Click on "..."

And Option

After on "Affichage"

To finish on " Afficher les fichiers, dossiers et lecteurs cachés and Aplliquer

This first step allows you to see the protected folders

PART 2:

Click Right on WindowsApps and proprity

Click on security

Click on advenced

And change de proprietary on Edit

And on once again advanced

And for finished click on schearch and select your pc and applic

This second part is made to modify the permission and allow you to modify your game files

PART 3:

Click drop your materials in this folders :

Start the rShaders.exe

Write Y for all the questions since you followed put 3 part

Lunch your game and enjoy :)
