hex color support

added support for hex string colors: "#80C" "#80CF" "#8800CC" "#8800CCFF" are parsed as colors.
additionally, if I've added a shortcut for srgb de-conversion: "r80C", "r80CF", "r8800CC" and "r8800CCFF" will net you a de-gamma value.
