Running UCE Phased pipeline

  1. In order to get the UCE data set phased I have decided to run 1st Itero assembly, by choosing six (6) samples, with the best coverage (sequencing depth).
  2. Samples:

TAL24, TIG3, THX7, TFU4, TSCZ2, TFL5

  1. Run Itero
  2. Align
  3. Generate a consensus
  4. Run Pipeline UCE Phased
