I hadn't applied it to the OutlineColor, but it may be best to apply the same function to the that so it takes into account the opacity also. |

This PR fixes an issue with
ColoredRectangleentity not rendering opacity correctly. Similar to the implementation in Paragraph and RichParagraph, the fix uses the functionUserInterface.Active.DrawUtils.FixColorOpacity(Color color)to multiply the color by the opacity so it is rendered correctly when drawn by the SpriteBatch.
